1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Items must include all tags, labels, and accessories provided at the time of purchase.
- Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or monogrammed bed linen.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products purchased during promotional campaigns where return restrictions are explicitly stated.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
